How long will delivery take?

In Sweden, the delivery time for stocked goods is normally 2 – 5 working days, depending on where in the country you live, deviation can take place when delivered to sparsely populated areas with up to 7 working days from order date.

Outside Sweden, delivery time is normally 3-10 working days depending on distance and transport routes. Within Europe, the goods are usually transported by truck and the rest of the world by air.

Ordered goods that are not in stock are delivered as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of the delivery time at such time

Where do we deliver?

We supply to most countries in the world.

Are we delivering to mailboxes?

We deliver to mailboxes only if the goods can be sent in a letter bag.

What is the shipping fee?

The freight price is determined primarily by the size of the packaging and the weight of the products in the order. To easily see the shipping price in the order, add the desired number of products to the shopping basket and enter the shipping address postal code. Then click “To checkout” for an overview of the products and shipping price / shipping prices.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Paypal: We offer our customers the safe and convenient sending and receiving of payments online with PayPal. When using PayPal, your payment details are kept private and each PayPal payment is followed by an email confirmation of your transaction. When ordering, the total amount will be deducted from your PayPal account and there will be no additional charges for using this service. It is possible to pay by card without having an account with Paypal.

Credit card via Stripe: Pay easily with card via Stripe, a third party payment solution for card payment via the internet. You do not need a Stripe account to make payment, all you need is a valid credit or debit card.

What happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation for your mail and as soon as the payment is received we will process your order. When your package is shipped from our warehouse, an automatic delivery message will be sent to you via e-mail. In this mail you will find delivery details such as a package number and a tracking link.

Take the habit of always checking your order confirmation so that everything looks OK, it would be something you wonder about so contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation to be available for any contact with customer service. Keep your order details handy when you contact us.

If the goods are damaged during transport?

In case of transport damage, you must report this to the shipping company, which will help you fill out a claim form. Don’t forget to let us know.

Returns?

Information about return and its cause is sent to shop@x-innovations.se for approval, then confirmation and instructions for returning to your mail are sent.

Note must be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 15 days of the anniversary date. You pay the return shipping and get the money back on the goods and shipping if we have sent the wrong item or a broken / incorrect item.

Right of withdrawal

You, as a private customer , can undo your purchase and have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal by notifying this to
shop@x-innovations.se. In connection with this, customer service provides information on how to return the product and how repayment will take place.

The product must be in salable condition with undamaged packaging in order to use the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered or custom made goods for you as a customer.

The right of withdrawal applies from the time you have received an item you ordered.

You cannot use the right of withdrawal with support in Swedish law on goods whose sealing has been broken, goods that lose their value upon delivery.

When using the right of withdrawal you are responsible for the return shipping.

When using the right of withdrawal, the entire amount is refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

Is there a warranty?

We guarantee all our products for 1 year. The warranty does not apply to: accident, neglect, abnormal use or wear or if you failed to follow the maintenance and service instructions. Be careful with your receipt, it is your guarantee certificate.

When claiming a warranty claim, contact us by e-mail: shop-innovations.se and state your name, tel. no and address, as well as the item’s designation, date of purchase and cause of error. You stand for the shipping to us and if the warranty claim is approved, we stand for the shipping to you.

In the case of an approved warranty, the goods are usually exchanged for a new one or another with a corresponding function / performance. In some cases, the warranty will be repaired.
