Why we paused — and why we’re back

Regulatory and customs changes over the past period made it difficult for us to guarantee smooth deliveries to US customers, and we made the tough call to pause sales rather than risk delays, extra costs, or lost shipments on your end. We’ve spent the time since then sorting out the logistics on our side so that orders can move reliably again.
